Thank you for shopping at Ripjaw. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These include:
- Customized or personalized items
- Sale items
- Products purchased with a gift card
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at our customer service with your order number, details about the product you would like to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within a certain number of days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at our customer service and send your item to the authorized return address.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
